Why can I no longer download a shipping label? 

Zero Waste Boxes have replaced the download label collection and shipping method, as of 1st February 2022. 

Zero Waste Boxes are a complete and convenient solution which includes the storage, shipping and recycling of contact lenses, blister packs and foil covers. Johnson & Johnson Vision will continue to provide funding for the ACUVUE® Contact Lens Recycle Programme, by providing discounts for Zero Waste boxes purchased in the programme.

There is no need to download labels - these will be affixed to your Zero Waste Box.
