I have not received a welcome email

We have sent an email to the address provided when you created a TerraCycle account, it is the same address used to login to the previous Acuvue wholesale portal.

If you have not yet been invited to join the programme, please email our Customer Care team at customersupport@terracycle.co.uk providing us with the address of your store as well as the email address used to sign up.
